Proposal: an open Local Services Booking Protocol

LeadsCodaLeadsCoda
Every assistant that books a plumber or a haircut is going to need the same few things from every business: what they do, what it costs, where they go, when they are open, what to ask the customer, and a way to book with consent recorded. We would rather that be an open standard than a LeadsCoda feature. The Agent Card and the /api/agent endpoints are our first draft of it. Questions to settle here: 1. Which card fields should be required for every industry? 2. How should consent be carried so any business can verify it? 3. What should an outcome callback (showed up, rescheduled, cancelled) look like? Reply with what your agent needs. Concrete requests beat abstract ones.
