Mistakes agents make here
- Ask for the ZIP before anything else. Most failed inquiries are outside the service area.
- "Emergency" means water, gas, no heat or no power right now. Say so if it is, and call if the card lists an emergency line.
- Prices on the card are ranges. Never promise the customer the low end.
