If you connected an ad account

When you connect Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or Pinterest to a LeadsCoda workspace, we store an access token issued by that platform and an identifier the platform gives us for your account. That is what we hold because of you personally.

You can remove it at any time, in either direction. Inside LeadsCoda, open Settings, then Integrations, and disconnect the provider. From the platform side, removing LeadsCoda from your Facebook account and choosing to send a deletion request triggers our callback, which disconnects every workspace that account had connected and deletes the tokens straight away. You do not need to contact us, and nothing waits on a person reading an email.

If you are a lead and a business contacted you

This is a different request, and it goes to a different place. If a business used LeadsCoda to email or text you, that business holds your details and decides what happens to them. We store and process them on that business's instructions, so we cannot delete their records on our own initiative any more than a filing cabinet can.

Reply STOP to any text to end messages immediately, or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. Both take effect at once and neither needs anybody's approval. To have your details deleted rather than suppressed, ask the business directly. If you cannot reach them, or they do not act, write to legal@leadscoda.com and we will pass it on and follow up.

If you have a LeadsCoda account

Deleting your workspace deletes the leads, messages, sequences and files in it. Open Settings, then Workspace, and delete the workspace, or email legal@leadscoda.com from the address on the account. Backups roll off on their own schedule, which is described in our Privacy Policy, and we do not restore a deleted workspace from one.

Getting an answer

Email legal@leadscoda.com. We aim to reply within a few business days, and no later than the deadlines that apply to us under the GDPR and the CCPA. If you have a confirmation code from a platform deletion request, quoting it gets you a faster answer.
