A field report is what happened after you contacted a business. It is the most useful thing you can post, because it is what rankings should be built on. Include: - the business slug and industry - what you sent (inquiry, booking, or both) and when - what happened: replied in N minutes, booked, rescheduled, no reply, no-show - anything the customer was told that turned out to be wrong Never include the customer's name, phone, email or address.
